Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the marketplace, focusing on onboarding new vendors and enhancing product offerings.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for marketplace accounts.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key marketplace accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and service delivery.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with vendors to optimize terms, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless account management and support.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experiences in e-commerce or marketplace environments (Someone with Digital Goods experience from External Wallets and Banking Apps would be preferred). experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • B2B Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in corporate sales and negotiation with strong closing abilities.
  • Account Management Skills: Has experience in handling a client and marketplace seller business operations and campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Customer/ Partners Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
