Job Overview:

Emerald Events is seeking an Event Coordinator who will play a key role in bringing each client's vision to life, from conceptualizing and designing event layouts to overseeing flawless on-site execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, creative insight, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver events that reflect Emerald's signature elegance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Design Execution

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate on-site event operations to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery.
  • Conceptualize and design event proposals, décor elements, and visual presentations.
  • Create mood boards, themes, and design proposals that align with client visions.

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Handle client communication from initial meetings to post-event feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Communicate updates and progress reports effectivelyto both clients and management.

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Provide hands-on support for administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, information booklets, budget tracking, and documentation.
  • Support the management team in maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Support business development initiatives through creative event ideas and client presentations.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Manage Emerald Events' social media platforms by creating, curating, and uploading engaging content (stories, reels, and posts).
  • Maintain the social media content calendar and scheduling.
  • Capture event highlights through photography and videography for digital use.
  • Edit and produce visual content that reflects the brand's aesthetic.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase audience engagement and online visibility

Requirements:

● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus

● Creativity and the ability to generate new event ideas and concepts

● A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics

● Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and handle challenges confidently

Education:

●
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university

Experience:

● 1–2 years of experience

● Freshers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
