Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Restaurant Operations Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Monitor and control inventory, food costs, and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service.
  • Maintain budgets and financial records; prepare reports for ownership.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Uphold the brand image and maintain the restaurant's ambiance and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Understanding of business finance, budgeting, costing and inventory management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
