Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP (Chef de Partie) located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The CDP will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to restaurant recipes. The role involves managing kitchen operations, including food inventory and ordering supplies. The CDP will coordinate with other kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitoring portion control, waste management, and food safety policies are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, especially those inspired by East and Southeast Asian cuisines
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and ordering supplies
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff
• Ability to manage portion control, waste management, and adhere to food safety policies
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences
