Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated MTO (Sales & Marketing) to join our dynamic team who can identify client needs and sell appropriate software solutions by demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software sector

-Daily market visits, prospected both independently and through the company database, and properly identified client needs.

-Build & manage sales pipeline (lead gen, outreach, follow-ups)

-Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and sales targets.

-Meet KPIs: demos, conversions, closures, targets

-Work with technical teams on proposals, demos & presentations.

-To meet the Yearly Target of Sales and collections.

-Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

⦁ Graduation in Any Discipline.

⦁ Knowledge of software products & tech solutions

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.

⦁ Able to manage full sales cycle (lead to close)

⦁ Strong understanding of Software products and services.

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

⦁ Proactive, self-motivated sales approach

Salary: Negotiable with rewarding commission package

Compensation & Other Benefits:

Competitive salary with commission structure.

Travel Allowance (T/A) & Mobile Bill Allowance.

Office Time: 10 AM to 7 PM.

Weekend: Friday
