Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative (Sales) located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The responsibilities include conducting inside sales, generating leads, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The representative will actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
