9:30-6:00 (Sunday to Thursday) 5 days a week

Student Counselor
who will be a dedicated and enthusiastic professional responsible for guiding and supporting students through their entire study abroad journey. This includes providing comprehensive information and counseling on international education options, assisting with the visa application process, and ensuring a smooth transition for students pursuing their global education dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on study abroad options based on their academic background and goals.
  • Help students prepare and submit applications for universities and visas.
  • Stay updated on visa policies and guide students through the application process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Accurately document all student interactions and application statuses.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners, like university representatives.
  • Remain informed about new educational programs and visa regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in Education Consultancy. Freshers can apply.
  • A Bachelor 's degree in a relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa processes and university admission procedures.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance to clients and manage expectations throughout the visa and admission process.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurate documentation and monitor application progress.
