About EPS:

EPS (Easy Payment System) is a Bangladesh Bank-licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) transforming how individuals and businesses experience financial transactions. We enable secure, real-time payment solutions across multiple channels, supporting the nation's transition toward a fully cashless economy.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test new software features.

·      Support integration of APIs, payment gateways, and other financial systems.

·      Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

·      Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and agile sprint planning.

·      Contribute to documentation for system design, testing, and deployment.

·      Support backend and frontend tasks based on the project requirement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

·      Basic understanding of programming languages such as
C#

.

·      Familiarity with
web frameworks

(e.g., React, , Django, Spring Boot) \

·      Knowledge of
database systems

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

·      Understanding of
REST APIs

and cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

·      Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

·      Interest in
fintech innovations

such as digital payments, blockchain, or data security.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

·      Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).

·      Exposure to agile development practices.

·      Basic understanding of financial systems or payment platforms.
