We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven
Deputy Manager, Learning Development
to join our Learning and Leadership Development Division. The incumbent will play a key role in co-designing and implementing capacity development initiatives for designated programme(s). This position entails designing and delivering training programmes that effectively address identified learning needs, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and the organisation's overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with programme teams and support co-design workshops to develop and finalize annual training calendars.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), prepare reports, and design training schedules and outlines aligned with programme requirements.
• Design and develop training modules and content to ensure effective and need-based learning solutions.
• Plan and conduct Training of Trainers (TOT), provide post-TOT support, and continuously build facilitator capacity.
• Facilitate advanced-level training sessions, workshops, and represent BRAC in internal and external learning events when required.
• Explore external market opportunities (especially NGOs), conduct need assessments, ensure due diligence, and support outreach initiatives.
• Ensure safeguarding standards are practiced and upheld across all activities while fulfilling any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

• Proficient in planning and organizing

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline. Train The Trainers (TTT) Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. 1 year of experience in Human Capital Development (HCD), Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management and Training & Development (T&D) will be an added advantage.
