Business Development & Opeerations Executive
who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute across both
sales and operations
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and companies in target markets
  • Assist in managing
    outreach campaigns
    via LinkedIn and email
  • Keep
    CRM and spreadsheets
    updated with accurate client/prospect data
  • Draft, edit, and improve outreach emails and messages
  • Schedule
    appointments, follow-ups, and client calls
  • Support the
    founder and sales team
    in managing client pipelines
  • Contribute to
    day-to-day operations
    and assigned tasks related to leads and business growth
  • Take ownership of tasks beyond the JD when required – we value
    360° players
    who don't just say
    "this is not in my job description"

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    basic knowledge
    of sales, outreach, or client handling
  • Good written English with clear and professional communication
  • Familiarity with
    Google Sheets, Gmail, and LinkedIn
    (basic proficiency required)
  • Curiosity about
    sales, startups, AI, or digital marketing
  • Strong sense of
    responsibility, adaptability, and proactiveness
  • Ability to work independently in a
    remote environment
  • Prior experience in
    business development, lead generation, or sales
    (preferred but not mandatory)
