Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Development & Sales Executive – HealthTech / SaaS (Dactarbari Health Suite). The Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires sales and communication skills to drive growth and profitability. This is an on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industry is a plus

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud Services (Drive, Teams), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva).

  2. 1-3 years of experience in online service sales or management.

  3. Excellent English communication skills.

  4. Final year graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience.
