The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential project management skills in a professional environment. If you like organizing chaos, writing crisp specs, and proving ideas with data, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
  • Support Team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate communication among internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities. Provide insights and analysis based on the data collected.
  • Present findings, seek feedback, and receive guidance for future actions.
  • Analyze product usage/feedback; summarize insights for prioritization.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate of BSC in CSE or equivalent departments from any reputed university
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset.
