Notionhive is seeking a
Junior Project Manager (Technology)
to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and delivery of
website, mobile app, and custom software projects
. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution.

What You'll Do

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for website, mobile app, or custom software projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content strategists) and clients to develop and manage project plans, goals, and timelines for web and app development.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Delegate design and development tasks.
  • Create detailed work plans to track progress.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance tasks are being done on projects, including, but not limited to security and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in web design, user experience, and content strategy to continuously enhance project outcomes.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience managing technology projects, particularly web and app development.
  • Willing to learn to manage and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including coordinating and supervising resources.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to produce results within tight timeframes across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of user experience including best practices.
  • A good understanding of developing technical requirements
  • Self-driven individual that enjoys being part of a collaborative, strategic process.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse audiences who possess varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Familiar with different project management methodology, tools commonly used (Trello, Clickup etc)
  • Ability to confidently present work and maintain receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possess a positive and flexible attitude.

Job Details:

  • Workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days)
  • Work Hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (1 hour break)
  • Office Location: Uttara

Salary:

  • Depending on skill-set & experience (Up to 45K BDT)
