We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in project management and contribute to the successful execution of various projects.


Position: Project Management Intern
Department: Project Management

Internship Period: 4 months


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in planning and organizing project tasks and schedules.

  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and milestones.

  • Help in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time.

  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

  • Conduct research and provide insights on project-related activities.

  • Assist in managing project risks and issues, and propose solutions.


Compensation & Learning Curve:

  • Monthly allowance of 8,000 BDT

  • 10 AM - 7 PM from Monday - Friday; Sat & Sun Weekend (2 Days)

  • Gain practical experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Linear.

  • Learn to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, and marketing.

  • Develop skills in structured documentation and tracking project progress.

  • Understand how to manage timelines and contribute to on-time project delivery.

  • Enhance communication skills to ensure transparency and manage stakeholder expectations.


Qualification and Requirements:

  • Recently graduated from a reputed university with a degree in BBA, CSE.  

  • Ability to speak fluently in English

  • Basic Understanding of Technical Terms  

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira)

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Office Hour: 10 AM - 7 PM from Monday - Friday

Job Location: House: 15, Road: 04, Block: G, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
