Role Description

This is a full-time role for an In-Charge position. The In-Charge will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain the restaurant's ambiance. The role includes responsibilities such as scheduling shifts, managing inventory, and addressing customer issues efficiently. This on-site role is located in the Bashundhara Residential Area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and scheduling
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant industry certifications or a degree in hospitality management is beneficial
