Responsibilities

Hotel & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality partners.
  • Negotiate and onboard new hotels and resorts into our platform.
  • Ensure daily updates of hotel inventory, room availability, and pricing in the system.

Operations & Coordination

  • Monitor partner performance, availability, and pricing to maximize bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve hotel-related operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, rates, and partner information.

Customer Interaction

  • Handle customer queries related to hotels, room categories, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in booking hotels and provide tailored recommendations when required.

Market Growth & Analysis

  • Research new hospitality partners and expand the network.
  • Track competitor pricing and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve partner acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in

Online Travel Agency (

OTAs), hotel operations, or hospitality partnerships.
- Strong understanding of hotel inventory management, pricing models, and OTA systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-centric with a proactive, positive, and "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.
- Familiarity with PMS/CRS/Channel Managers is a strong plus.
