Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Trainee Inbound position located in Banani. As a Trainee Inbound, your responsibilities will include managing inbound travel inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, and supporting the team in creating tailored travel packages. You will liaise with clients and suppliers, maintain updated product knowledge, and ensure excellent communication to provide high-quality travel solutions. Administrative tasks related to travel operations and customer service will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla for client and supplier interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with travel management tools.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to learn and adapt in a dynamic travel and tourism environment.
• Experience in the travel industry or a related field is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
