We're Hiring: Game Designer (Onsite, or Remote if from overseas)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Salary: USD 250–1,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a leading game development studio based in Bangladesh, active since 2010, with a strong track record in the mobile gaming space. Our specialty is mobile puzzle games and our portfolio includes titles that have surpassed 100 million downloads worldwide.

What You'll Do:

  • Design mobile puzzle gameplay, mechanics and level structures
  • Ideate and prototype new puzzle game concepts
  • Balance difficulty progression and player experience
  • Develop and manage game economies and monetization systems
  • Work closely with developers, artists and producers to bring designs to life
  • Contribute to early-stage PC game design (strategy/FPS/action) as projects evolve
  • Analyze player feedback and iterate on game design accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing mobile puzzle games
  • Strong understanding of puzzle mechanics, level design and game flow
  • Knowledge of game balancing and economy design
  • Passion for intuitive, rewarding player experiences
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely or hybrid

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with F2P puzzle games, retention systems and monetization
  • Familiarity with Unity, Unreal or relevant game engines
  • Interest or experience in PC game design (strategy/action/FPS)
  • Based in or from Vietnam, India, Bangladesh or other Asian regions
