What You'll Do


• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to craft innovative gameplay across platforms.


• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable
C#
code within
Unity
.


• Optimize performance for both
mobile and PC
environments.


• Implement
UI/UX
that feels fluid and responsive across devices.


• Prototype, test, and refine core gameplay mechanics for maximum fun.


• Take part in code reviews, sprint discussions, and cross-discipline collaboration.


• Help shape the game feel — from camera motion to impact feedback — through smart use of
Tween Systems
and
Particle Effects
.


Requirements


• Solid experience with
Unity
and
C#
.


• A deep
passion for gaming
— from mobile to PC — and a desire to build what you love to play.


• Strong understanding of
UI/UX
workflows across multiple resolutions.


• Familiarity with
Addressables
,
Netcode for GameObjects
, and
Tween Systems
(PrimeTween, DOTween, or similar).


• Experience with
Editor Scripting
to streamline team workflows.


• Proficiency in creating and optimizing
Particle Systems
for gameplay feedback.


• Understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID principles
, and common
design patterns
.


• Experience with
Git
version control.


• A collaborative spirit — excited to
grow long-term
with a close-knit creative team.


Salary

BDT 30,000 – 1,10,000 per month
(commensurate with experience)
