Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Web Developer (MERN) at NxtTech Studio, located in Dhaka with some flexibility for remote work. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. The day-to-day tasks include back-end development, front-end development, and ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Back-End Web Development – Proficiency in , , and database management (MongoDB)
  • Front-End Development – Expertise in , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Web Development – Strong understanding of full-stack web development principles using the MERN stack
  • Web Design – Capable of creating user-friendly and responsive web interfaces
  • Programming – Solid skills in programming languages and software development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
  • Experience in agile project management and remote collaboration tools is a plus

Remuneration

  • 25,000/- to 35,000/- BDT
    per month [Negotiable for experienced candidates]
