What We Need

Can you speak in images and empathize with players' needs—translating research into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals?

If you live and breathe both UI polish and UX clarity, and you're driven to optimize every interaction, we're looking for you.

What You'll Do

You'll drive the full UX cycle—conduct user research, sketch flows, wireframe and prototype, then produce high-fidelity UI mockups. You'll run usability tests to refine designs, partner with designers and engineers to align on requirements, and work with tools and engine teams to anticipate and resolve user pain points, enhancing functionality and accessibility.

Requirements


• Adequate professional experience as a UI/UX Artist or Designer in games or interactive media


• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI design polish and UX deliverables (wireframes, flows, prototypes)


• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)


• Expertise in user-centered design principles: information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices


• Solid understanding of graphic design principles: layout, typography, color theory


• Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders


• Passion for games and collaborative team environments

Nice to Have


• Experience with motion and interaction animation (After Effects, Principle, or Lottie)


• Familiarity with adaptive and responsive UI for multiple resolutions and aspect ratios


• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices


• Hands-on experience implementing UI in Unity (Canvas, UI Toolkit, UGUI)


• Prior shipped game credits or contributions to player analytics initiatives


• Understanding of South Asian cultural motifs and visual styles

Salary

BDT 20,000 – 85,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
