Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paltan, Dhaka, for a Call Center Executive. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing concerns efficiently. The role involves managing and enhancing customer interactions, handling and resolving complaints, and assisting clients with the information they need about the company's education and migration services. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with team members to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient Communication skills and experience working in Contact Centers.
  • Sales capabilities, with a focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of education consultancy, immigration processes, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and technologies is a plus.
