Location: Mirpur, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support/Call Center Executives for an international campaign, where you will handle inbound calls and provide support to overseas customer/clients.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and handle inbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate information, solutions, and guidance.

Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude during all interactions.

Requirements

Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC/A/O or equivalents.

Language Skills
Excellent spoken English (clear pronunciation, good listening skills).

Prior experience in a call center/ customer support (international campaign) will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work night shift (international time zone).

Good communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work under pressure.

Working Hours & Weekly Off

Shift: Night shift

Weekly Dayoff: 1 (Roster basis)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable (based on skills & experience).

KPI Incentive: Performance-based incentives according to KPI achievement.

Festive Bonus: 2 (as per company policy).
