Management Support Intern
who is eager to dive into the world of global logistics, procurement, and compliance. This is an
unpaid position
offering valuable hands-on experience across key operational functions in an international business setting. The intern will contribute to our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality materials to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Assistance:

Assist the Procurement team in researching and evaluating international clients, conducting price comparisons, and supporting initial negotiations. Help ensure suppliers meet Eximpcore's standards of quality and reliability.

Coordination:

Support the Logistics team in tracking shipments, preparing transportation documents, and planning efficient routes to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Compliance Documentation:

Assist the Compliance team with customs documentation and adherence to international trade and safety regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams in Marketing and HR team to maintain seamless communication, ensuring smooth and transparent transaction flows.

Required Qualifications

  • Very Good English communication skill(must have)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade
    , or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies; familiarity with data management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Keen interest in
    global trade, logistics, and supply chain processes
    .
  • Daily 2-hour commitment for this role.
