Management Support Intern
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in international trade, procurement, logistics, and compliance.

This is an
unpaid internship
designed to provide meaningful exposure to key operational functions within a dynamic global business environment. The intern will play an active role in supporting our mission to deliver reliable, high-quality materials to clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Assistance:

  • Support the procurement team in researching and evaluating international clients and suppliers.
  • Conduct price comparisons and assist in initial negotiations.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with Eximpcore's standards of quality and reliability.

Coordination & Logistics:

  • Assist the logistics team in tracking shipments and preparing transportation documents.
  • Support route planning and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Compliance Support:

  • Help prepare and review customs and trade compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade, customs, and safety regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams in Marketing and Human Resources to maintain clear communication and ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    English communication

  • Currently pursuing a degree in
    Supply Chain Management
    ,
    Business Administration
    ,
    International Trade
    , or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies; familiarity with data management systems is an asset.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated interest in

    supply chain management
    .
  • Availability to commit approximately
    2 hours per day
    .
