Division Manager

Position Overview
The Division Manager will lead and manage the overall operations of the Bangladesh division, encompassing both the Training Centre and corporate office. This role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between the Bangladesh office and Singapore Head Office, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the division's annual business plan, operational goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure alignment of the Bangladesh operations with the company's overall strategy and vision.
- Identify business growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market initiatives within Bangladesh.
2. Training Centre Management
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs and certifications.
- Ensure that training quality, curriculum design, and trainer performance meet organizational standards.
- Manage enrolment targets, student satisfaction, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with regional teams to introduce new courses or training modules based on market needs.
3. Office & Operational Management
- Supervise day-to-day administrative and operations of the Bangladesh office.
- Ensure efficient workflow, proper resource allocation, and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, and vendor management.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
4. People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and oversee employee training and development.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
5. Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, clients, training partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in industry events, meetings, and public engagements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in Bangladesh.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure that all business operations comply with corporate governance standards and local regulations.
- Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental standards within both office and training operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum
5 years
of progressive management experience, including at least
3 years in a leadership role
overseeing multi-functional teams. - Proven experience in

. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bangladesh business environment, labor regulations, and cultural dynamics.
