Job Description – Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

About Us

Global Pathway Experts Limited (GPEL) is a leading education consultancy, connecting students with global opportunities through our network of partner institutions. We are expanding our B2B partnerships and seeking ambitious Business Development Executives/Senior Executives to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify, approach, and onboard new potential partners (universities, colleges, schools, and agencies).

-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partner institutions.

-Visit potential and existing partner offices to pitch GPEL's services and partnership opportunities.

-Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and strategic collaborations.

-Support in planning and executing B2B events, expos, and networking sessions.

-Work closely with the branding and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

-Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up for all partnership activities.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

-Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (education industry experience is a plus).

-Smart, presentable, and well-groomed appearance with excellent communication skills.

-Proactive, confident, and well-organized individual with strong networking abilities.

-Ability to travel frequently for partner meetings and industry events.

-Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

-Fluency in both English and Bangla (written and spoken).

-Candidates with their own motorbike are preferred (travel allowance provided).
