We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and experienced
Merchandiser
who has strong skills in
marketing and costing
, and the ability to
manage two production lines efficiently
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in knit/T-shirt merchandising, buyer communication, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with buyers, handle orders, samples, and approvals.
  • Prepare costing sheets and handle price negotiations effectively.
  • Develop new buyers and expand business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and planning teams.
  • Supervise and manage two production lines independently.
  • Planning and coordinating production timelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garments merchandising (Knit/T-shirt preferred).
  • Strong knowledge in marketing, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Ability to lead teams and maintain buyer satisfaction.
