Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor division-wise selected Last Mile hubs and report directly to the Regional Manager.
  • Monitor the day-to-day tasks of a HUB Supervisor
  • Create Ageing/Backlog reports for all the hubs they are supervising.
  • Monitor the roster for all the in-house employees
  • Maintain seamless communication with all the hubs for smooth operation
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure effective and efficient delivery operations
  • Monitor all the delivery-related issues for selected hubs and raise the issues to the relevant authority for execution of corrective measures.
  • Monitor the hubs' daily success rate, petty cash, and cash collection, as well as deposits.
  • Frequent hub visits to identify issues and work on issue resolution by providing guidance and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in Logistics, Distribution, E-Commerce, Transport, Supply Chain or relevant field.
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
