Our primary expertise lies in the full-scale implementation, customization, and optimization of the
HubSpot

ecosystem, integrating its capabilities across sales, marketing, service, and data management. But, we are focusing on AEO and AI related services as well. In order to expand our capabilities, we want to hire some interns in crucial roles who will be at the forefront of learning and leading new technology services unheard of in Bangladesh and Asia.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic, high-exposure internship for someone who wants to see how data informs creative strategy in a marketing department. You'll be learning the mechanics of customer acquisition and retention by seeing how our CRM data connects to every external channel. You won't just learn a specific tool; you'll learn
integrated marketing strategy

and how different teams collaborate to execute a unified vision.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• You'll assist in the strategic planning of integrated campaigns, learning how to write campaign briefs that connect creative direction with CRM segmentation.
• You'll be trained on connecting marketing campaign results back to customer behaviors tracked in the CRM, teaching you how to attribute ROI.
• You will help the team monitor and track marketing spend and contribute ideas to our campaign optimization meetings.
• You'll help prepare reports that summarize campaign performance, gaining vital experience in presenting data-driven insights.
• You will collaborate directly with our design and content teams, seeing how strategy is translated into consumer-facing assets.

What You'll Learn:

• How to
  design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns

(from idea generation to final reporting).
- The strategic value of connecting marketing spend to customer
Lifetime Value (LTV)

and retention goals.
- How to function effectively in a corporate team structure, including prioritizing demands and communicating complex goals clearly.

Program Details & Compensation

We are seeking highly motivated candidates for a 3-month, intensive learning program designed to develop practical, job-ready skills in a real office environment.

• Duration:

This is a focused 3-month program dedicated to hands-on learning and mentorship.
- Salay:

Interns will receive a monthly stipend between
BDT 10,000 and BDT 15,000

, based on prior experience and availability.
- Full-Time Opportunity:

We view this internship as a direct pipeline for future hiring. After the 3-month period, if both parties agree you are eligible and a great fit for a permanent role, we will transition you to a full-time employee status with a new, negotiable salary.

Mandatory Requirements for All Internships

To ensure program fit and commitment, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

You must be a
Fresh Graduate or a Working Professional

You must be able to work physically in our
Mirpur DOHS office

for the entire duration of the internship.
- Background:

A degree in
Marketing/Business

or relevant professional work experience is required.
- Skills:

Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and a general comfort level working with data (Excel or sheets proficiency is a plus).
