Our primary expertise lies in the full-scale implementation, customization, and optimization of the HubSpot ecosystem, integrating its capabilities across sales, marketing, service, and data management. But, we are focusing on AEO and AI related services as well. In order to expand our capabilities, we want to hire some interns in crucial roles who will be at the forefront of learning and leading new technology services unheard of in Bangladesh and Asia.

Role Description
We are seeking highly motivated candidates for a 3-month, intensive learning program designed to develop practical, job-ready skills in a real office environment.
- Office Hours: We follow UK time, so the office hours will be 2 PM - 11 PM.
- Duration: This is a focused 3-month program dedicated to hands-on learning and mentorship.
- Salay: Interns will receive a monthly stipend between BDT 10,000 and BDT 15,000, based on prior experience and availability.
Job Responsibilities
These are the responsibilities you will be expected to perform once you have been trained:
- Implement and configure HubSpot CRM and marketing tools to meet client requirements.
- Customize workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot.
- Train clients on how to use HubSpot for sales, marketing, and service management.
- Conduct HubSpot audits to ensure optimal setup and functionality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align inbound marketing strategies with HubSpot's features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HubSpot tools.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and new features to recommend improvements for clients.
Full-Time Opportunity
: We view this internship as a direct pipeline for future hiring. After the 3-month period, if both parties agree you are eligible and a great fit for a permanent role, we will transition you to a full-time employee status with a new, negotiable salary.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous
