Area Sales Manager (ASM)- Akij Food & Beverage Ltd.

Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Sales & Marketing Department as Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Akij Food & Beverage Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.·
  • Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Hon's/Masters in any discipline (Preferred in Marketing or Business Discipline)
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales Reporting, Leadership and teamwork, Analyzing sales metrics, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of Companies,Food (Packaged),Beverage

Additional Requirements

  • Experience managing client relationships and sales channels (B2B/B2C)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in competitive markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, and result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-based roles
