Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Support Executive, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Responsibilities include executing market planning and research, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, and building strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support, managing enquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze data, trends, and competitive insights
  • Proficiency in Communication and Sales to engage with clients and streamline business transactions
  • Competency in Marketing, especially in promoting products or services and achieving campaign goals
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • A positive and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in marketing or customer support roles is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
