Wanderlust Trails Travels Ltd. is one of Bangladesh's growing travel brands, creating meaningful journeys across the world, from group adventures to luxury escapes. We're looking for a smart, energetic, and creative Marketing Executive who can think strategically, act fast, and bring new ideas that boost both brand value and sales.

Job Description:
Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Research local and international travel trends.
  • Identify competitors' strategies, pricing, and marketing activities.
  • Generate reports and insights to support management decisions.

Marketing Execution

  • Plan and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Run basic ad campaigns (Facebook Ads/Boosting).
  • Coordinate with the design team to create attractive visuals and reels.
  • Manage customer engagement through comments, inboxes, and reviews.

Brand & Sales Growth

  • Support in designing monthly marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and partnerships.
  • Assist in organizing events, expos, and group tour promotions.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive inquiries and sales.

Innovation & Ideas

  • Bring new creative ideas for travel products, branding, and promotions.
  • Suggest new ways to reach customers digitally and physically.

What We Expect:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing strategy or sales management (preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of Facebook / Instagram Ads & basic SEO.
  • Ability to write short, catchy promotional content.
  • Energetic, creative, and result-oriented personality.
  • Passion for tourism
