Job Title: Content Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content marketing strategies aligned with Orcasta's brand and campaign goals

  • Plan, write, and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative, design, and photography teams to produce engaging visual and written content

  • Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine future content strategies

  • Assist in influencer marketing coordination and campaign storytelling

  • Research trends in fashion, lifestyle, cafe and culture to keep content relevant and authentic

  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials

  • Uphold brand tone, quality, and consistency across all communication channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, or related field

1–2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and Bangla

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategy, and brand positioning

  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools (basic editing skills a plus)

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into creative strategy

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

Sun–Thu | 10–11 AM start

Fri & Sat off | On-site (Banani)
