  • Responsible to maintain Quality Management System related records.
  • Responsible for preparation of composite plan and component list as per customer guideline/instruction.
  • To ensure Buyer instruction followed for composite plan & component list preparation.
  • To ensure the test methods are followed as per the tests requested.
  • Checking Sub-contracting of samples with CSE and register those accordingly.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the laboratory.
  • Ensuring the implementation of Corrective Actions.
  • Maintenance of housekeeping, environmental conditions in the laboratory.
  • Monitoring TAT and reporting to the laboratory manager.
  • Implementing LEAN, 6S & all types of continual improvement projects.
  • Following the technology process (barcode etc.) and using the data.
