The Role:

Shikho, one of Bangladesh's fastest-growing EdTech companies, is looking for a Sr. Executive, Brand to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who can balance brand communication, campaign execution, and CMS management with creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and update the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, production, mentors, performance marketing) to deliver high-quality brand assets.
- Support in content creation, campaign copy, and creative briefs.
- Track and report on campaign performance and brand KPIs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate on student-centric and revenue-driven campaigns.

Qualification & Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
- Graduation in Marketing or relevant field from any reputed university
- Hands-on experience with CMS management (WordPress, or any equivalent system).
- Strong skills in content coordination, copywriting, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of AI tools, EdTech space, and social media trends will be a plus
