Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for motion graphics, animation, and multimedia storytelling? BRAC EPL's Marketing and Communication team is looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Motion Graphics to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop engaging motion graphics, CGI, animation, and other multimedia content for campaigns.

· Handle video post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and final output.

· Create static visuals (posters, social media creatives, brand collaterals, etc.).

· Provide occasional UI/UX design support for digital platforms.

· Design print materials such as leaflets, brochures, event branding, and promotional items.

· Assist with photography when required (events, corporate shoots, etc.).

· Develop ad video scripts and ensure smooth execution of content ideas.

· Prepare and deliver agency briefings for creative alignment.

· Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for project delivery.

Educational & Professional Requirements

· Bachelor's degree from a reputed Graphic/Creative institute.

· Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation.

· Applicants must present a portfolio/showreel during the interview.

· Prior experience in a creative/advertising agency will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

· Knowledge of CGI, 3D, and sound correction tools will be highly valued.

· Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
