Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-HRM & Compliance located in Habiganj District. The Manager-HRM & Compliance will be responsible for managing human resource functions, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and developing HR policies and procedures. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, conducting training and development programs, handling employee relations, and implementing compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development
  • Knowledge of compliance with local and international labor laws and HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and manage team dynamics
  • Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
