Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the seller growth goal of coins program and achieving them via coordination with the commercial team.
  • Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase seller engagement and stickiness.
  • Identify gaps between user operation and commercial team, propose effective solutions to achieve a win-win situation.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of platform loyalty objectives.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-Commerce or tech industry, bonus if experienced with data analysis
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyses meaningful trends and solve problems with data-driven approach
  • Great project management skills with ability to work fast and and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
