Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Dhaka for a Senior Officer (QMS) at M.M. Knitwear Ltd. The primary responsibilities include implementing and monitoring Quality Management System (QMS) standards, conducting audits for compliance, developing quality assurance processes, and ensuring that all production meets established quality standards. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations, and ensuring adherence to both internal and external quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation, audits, and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of quality control, assurance processes, and production evaluation in the textile or garment industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
  • Proven experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in a knitwear or garment manufacturing environment
  • Educational qualifications in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social and quality compliance requirements is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality monitoring and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
