BDT 5,000 – 6,000

Weekend:
Saturday

At Adriyan Real Estate Underwriting & Consultancy, we provide specialized financial services to offshore clients — spanning real estate finance, investment innovation, and digital development — helping investors and entrepreneurs unlock scalable growth.

We are looking for meticulous, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Intern. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate underwriting, financial analysis, and data abstraction, with the potential to become a permanent team member upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, extract, and summarize key information from financial and property documents.
  • Conduct property and financial analysis with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform data abstraction, quality checking, and Excel-based analytical work.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Continuously learn and develop technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Educational Requirements

  • BSc
    (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field)
  • BBA
    (Finance, Accounting, or related discipline)

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (interns will be trained to become Advanced Excel users).
  • Excellent English communication skills — reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and common sense.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

  • After a 4-month probationary period, successful interns will be required to sign a 2-year employment contract upon confirmation.
  • The role demands consistent focus and precision, particularly when working with repetitive and detail-oriented tasks.
