Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, assisting in promoting YouthBees' e-learning programs, and contributing to sales strategies. Candidates will be required to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the organization's offerings, meet sales targets, and provide excellent support to clients throughout their journey. Additional responsibilities may include participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for sales growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and meet targets
  • Time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies for sales growth
  • Basic knowledge or interest in e-learning platforms and the education industry is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
  • Student status is preferred but not a requirement
