Job Description / Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the
    pipe industries field sales team
    within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of
    monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
    for pipe and fittings products.
  • Develop and manage
    dealer, retailer, and project-based sales channels
    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with
    dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and project stakeholders

  • Ensure
    proper market coverage, product availability, visibility, and brand presence
    across the territory.
  • Conduct
    market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis
    to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute

    daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
    , sales forecasts, and action plans to Head Office.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
