Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant located in Dhaka. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering phones, managing reservations, and handling inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include performing receptionist duties, clerical work, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The role requires effective communication skills and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Clerical Skills and knowledge of general office procedures
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
