Job responsibility:

1. Planning and preparation of online training: developing training topics, identifying target audience, arranging for the creation of relevant PPTs and design materials;
2. Planning and preparation of online and offline seminars and roadshows: conducting pre-event research, determining event themes, locations, and processes, arranging for the creation of relevant PPTs and design materials, tracking events on-site, collecting feedback after events, expense tracking, and other related matters;
3. Developing display plans and arranging relevant store design content for collaboration with clients on their stores or exhibition halls;
4. Planning and following up on subsidiary and joint client exhibitions: conducting pre-exhibition research, determining display plans, booth design and construction, arranging for the design of display boards, tracking competitor booths, collecting sales information, conducting post-exhibition feedback analysis, expense tracking, and other related matters;
5. Responsible for all social media operations in Bangladesh, including writing and publishing of copy, timely monitoring of social media data, maintaining accounts, analyzing tweet views, and generating social media operation reports.
6. Tracking the social media publishing activities of competitors and clients, recording and analyzing their key themes and types of content, analyzing the frequency and proportion of ZKTeco content published by clients, generating an industry social media information network, analyzing industry trends and directions, and analyzing the key plans and product types of clients and competitors.
7. Connecting with the marketing department of each client, establishing friendly cooperation relationships, delivering the latest ZKTeco marketing information in a timely manner, directly sending client-published tweets on social media, and seeking cooperation in market activities.
8. Website operation, uploading and removing related products, news, information, etc., improving website SEO, optimizing local website rankings, and increasing website views. Based on the SEM report provided by the media company, a website analysis report is generated monthly based on website operations and Google analytics.
9. Collecting client website information and regularly checking the product information and plan information related to us on client websites. If there are errors, contact client operations personnel to modify them.
10. Collecting and writing local case studies.
11. Writing copy for local promotional materials.
12. Developing annual and monthly plans for the office.
13. Collecting information on online and offline market activities held by local competitors and clients, and collecting information on monthly industry dynamics.
14. Recording the use of subsidiary and client market funds.
15. Keeping abreast of advertising channels and costs, and discussing with superiors to develop reasonable advertising plans.
16. Uploading local market materials to the NAS.
17. Executing tasks required by the international marketing department of the headquarters, such as relevant notifications, information collection, and monthly report production.
18. Executing tasks required by other Asian marketing departments.
19. Managing local gifts.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, or related fields. 1 year or more relevant work experience preferred.
2. Experience in operating overseas social media platforms and To B overseas promotion is preferred.
3. Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing, able to communicate in English.
4. Strong logical thinking, innovation, market analysis, marketing, and promotional abilities.
5. Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, good at communication, and have a team spirit. Actively cooperate with the team to complete the tasks assigned by the company.

Salary composition

Basic salary + performance bonus
