EarningsCall is on a mission to make financial insights accessible, structured, and actionable. Our API delivers real-time data from corporate earnings calls, helping investors, analysts, and fintech platforms make smarter decisions without the noise. We're growing fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our digital acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and similar platforms
  • Monitor performance data, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Optimize conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks, running A/B tests, and boosting sign-ups
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that builds awareness and drives adoption of the EarningsCall API
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging
  • Leverage analytics tools to track effectiveness, generate insights, and report results
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage the community

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads required)
  • Completion of all courses in any Bachelor's program.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and growth marketing tactics
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
  • Creative problem solver who isn't afraid to test, iterate, and push for better results
  • Experience in email marketing or marketing automation tools

Salary

  • 25k-40k (Based on experience and expertise)
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 5 days a week (Sunday -Thursday), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
