About the Role:

Data Crafters is seeking a proactive and organized Full-Time 
Marketing & Event Coordinator
 on a Contractual basis to support our growing marketing and events team. If you're a fresh graduate eager to gain real-world experience in event coordination and branding, this could be a great fit.

You'll assist in planning and executing internal and external events, from webinars and community roundtables to virtual conferences, while working closely with our social, design, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and offline events
  • Communicate with speakers, participants, and partners
  • Manage event schedules, invites, registrations, and follow-ups
  • Support promotional activities alongside the marketing team
  • Document event details, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or final year student (any major; Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali
  • Comfortable with
    Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with a creative team
  • Bonus:
    Prior experience organizing campus events, clubs, or volunteering
