Job Purpose

The Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing property sales, executing marketing activities, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve company revenue targets. The role involves both field sales and marketing coordination to promote residential and commercial real estate projects of Riser Real Estate Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by generating and converting leads through field activities, referrals, calls, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to close deals.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable real estate solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and closing terms to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute and support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize lead generation performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and handover processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional sales training or real estate certifications will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–4 years
    of experience in sales & marketing
  • Prior experience in
    Real Estate/Propertise/Land/Resourt sector
    preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Bangla; working proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems is an advantage
