We are a fast-growing eCommerce solutions company helping global brands and sellers succeed across major online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. We're expanding our telesales team to connect with potential clients, present our services, and build long-term partnerships.

If you have strong communication skills, understand how online marketplaces work, and love closing deals this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B) in the eCommerce sector.
  • Pitch company services related to marketplace account management, product listing, PPC advertising, and more.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Identify client needs, handle objections, and close sales confidently.
  • Maintain leads, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales (preferably in eCommerce or digital services).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other online marketplaces.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (fluent communication is a must).
  • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Google Sheets, email communication).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients (U.S./U.K.).

Shift & Compensation

  • Shift: Evening (aligning with U.S./U.K. time zones)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
